I have been a family law lawyer since 1994 and a family law mediator since 1998. I practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody and access, support issues, property division, child protection and child adoption work. Although much of my work has been conducted through the court process, I do not believe that it is the best way for most families. I have been open to any other less conflictual method to resolve family matters, and am excited to engage in the Collaborative Family Law process with my clients.

Collaborative Family Law promotes the values that I support when families are working through a separation. Respect for a fair process and fair outcome help make the process of a separation or divorce more acceptable for all parties, including children!
